The two slopes of the resort offer atmospheres that are both contrasting, but complementary with the view of the Pyrenees to guide you. In total, more than 60 km of slopes intertwine in an area suitable for all levels, from novice to expert.
If you want to experience the satisfaction of leaving your own tracks through expanses of pristine snow, Luz Ardiden has the perfect spot! At Bernazaou, the descent of 1 m in altitude is a must not to be missed.
1 marked and secure ski touring route allows you to go for your first conversions. On the side of Bédéret, the path will first lead you to the pretty hut of Counques. Then after the last efforts, go to the Col de Riou, where the panorama offers a great reward. Departing from the Bédéret car park, a 5 km route can be explored on snowshoes or on foot, depending on the conditions. This round trip takes you to the Col de Riou, then to the Soum des Aulheres, from where you can take a short gourmet break facing the summit.
