How to recover after a trail?

After having covered miles on foot you can take care of yourself in one of the four spas of the Gavarnie Valleys. And to go further, some even offer care dedicated to athletes.

After a sporting activity, resting is not always enough to allow your body to recover properly. The goal of recovery modeling is to relax muscles, eliminate toxins and reduce tension. This specific treatment allows you to obtain immediate results and helps eliminate lactic acid.
