    THE HISTORY OF THE VALLEYS

What makes the beauty of history is not its seniority but its ability to mark the memories of the present to influence the future. Through the built heritage or legends and traditions, we go back in time to better understand the history of the valleys and that of the people who lived there and still live there. Step by step, we venture into the foundations of this heritage to reconstruct its past and imagine its future...

    THE FLAVORS OF THE PYRENEES

The Gavarnie Valleys are also an unforgettable human meeting point, authentic people who are keen to share with passion and without moderation their unconditional love for their region. It is good to take part in local life during the markets, to share good tables and to meet the local producers to take part in an improvised tasting.
