The Valleys of Gavarnie represent an extended territory where everyone finds a path at their foot. From the most famous sites in the Pyrenees National Park to the most intimate corners off the beaten track, the options are varied. Here the paths of easy and family strolls cross the more engaged hikes which allow to approach the roof of the Pyrenees. Thanks to a massif with gentle relief and medium altitude at the entrance to the valleys, some paths are even practicable throughout the year.

     Spotlight on...

    From mountaineering to pyreneism

Carved and formed in the rock, the Pyrenean summits can be tamed throughout the year. From major routes to more unknown passages, the pyreneism has earned its letters of nobility thanks to the 3 that dot the massif.

Accompanied by guide or companion, to try this practice allows a completely different approach to the mountain, the time of a initiation or an internship.
