La Truite des Pyrénées joined the prestigious Culinary College of France in 2021. Founded by 15 French chefs, this independent collective campaigns to promote the quality of catering in France and around the world, and currently brings together more than 2000 "quality restaurants" and more than 1000 "quality artisan producers".
