Local Brewery: the first craft beer made in the Pays Toy was born.

Located in an exceptional setting in Sassis (a small village about 2km from Luz-Saint-Sauveur) between the Col du Tourmalet and the Cirque de Gavarnie, our family brewery produces a selection of English-style craft beers, made with water mountains as well as the best hops and malts.

Note: dark beer won the gold medal at the 2020 Agricultural Show!

You can enjoy them at the bar, take them away or even offer them.
Every Thursday between 16 p.m. and 18 p.m. (by reservation) free visit of approximately 20 minutes.
Our shop offers you our beers, artisanally roasted coffee on site as well as an organic local Gin, distilled in Luz St Sauveur.
