Pierre Sajous, passionate about his job and in love with his land, takes you on a journey through the Pyrenean culinary heritage through:
A Boutique space for the pleasure of the taste buds offering fine preserves, charcuterie specialties and refined cured meats made by hand on site around 5 universes: Porc Noir de Bigorre, Porc Duroc, Duck Gras, Cuisine du Pays and local producers.
A Workshop / tasting area to discover its know-how and quality products from our region (from 10 people, only by reservation).
An outdoor discovery trail, fun and educational, complete with explanatory panels on the specificities of the emblematic pig breed of Bigorre and on the endemic and aromatic flora of our region.
