Arrival on Friday evening at 18:30 p.m. at the Les Terres Nères gîte,
Welcome drink, meal and presentation of the weekend program.
Night at the lodge.
Breakfast at the lodge
8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Yoga practice to awaken the body and sensations
10 a.m. – 16 p.m.: Day hike adapted to the level of the group, picnic and break time on rejuvenating nature sites (panorama, streamside, meadow, etc.) for a yoga practice and a meditation session.
16 – 18 p.m.: Nordic bath at the lodge and massages.
18 p.m. – 19:30 p.m.: Yoga practice to further relax the body.

10 a.m. – 15 p.m.: Hike adapted to the level of the group with picnic and return for a sauna with the lodge's trailer, and massages.
Departure from the lodge around 16 p.m.
Equipment to bring: Mountain shoes, backpack that can hold your belongings for a day trip, clothing for the heat but also for the coolness of the evening, rain jacket, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle or water bag filled (2L of water minimum).
Guaranteed departure from 6 people, for a maximum of 10 people.
