The Fait Maison counter!
La Taouchère is “the home cooking counter”. A stone's throw from the pass, you will find this emblematic place of Soulor, with a brand new concept and a panoramic view from the Pic du Midi de Bigorre to the Gabizos.
Every day, a dish of the day cooked by Valérie from Chalet du Soulor or a dish cooked by one of our local artisans.
You will also find our sandwiches with the good bread from Dirasse topped with Pierre Sajous cold meats, cheese from the Cazaux farm, Pyrenees Trout from Lau-Balagnas. Without forgetting our salads, generously stocked with fresh vegetables as well as desserts, all in takeaway formula... For after: gingerbread, blueberry pies, brioches, hot chocolate, all homemade.
La Tachouère is also a shop selling local products (Sajous ready meals, Ferme Bretou, Grange Art et Montagne, Trout des Pyrénées, Ferme Karrascol...), wines and aperitifs. If the dish of the day does not suit you, choose from the store and we will reheat the dish of your choice.
