The 2 courses offered: - format M: running 5 km, cycling 32 km, running 5 km. - format L: running 10 km, cycling 70 km, running 7 km. Not forgetting a race for children aged 6 to 13 on the Couraduque trails. Registration opens on November 19, 2023 at 10 a.m.
