For a morning with your friends or by joining a group, discover a fun practice of surpassing oneself and controlled exposure to the cold "Toumo".
On the program, breathing and physical exercises, visualizations, to prepare for swimming in cold water and a shirtless walk in the mountains.
Workshop every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or on request (3 people minimum) €57 per person. (transport to places for walking and swimming/insurance included).
In addition, I give retreats and yoga classes in the valley, throughout the year: hatha yoga, ashtanya, vinyasa yoga, meditation...
