The tradition does not date from today, but from 700 years ago, by which time it was already a tradition!
This market’s forte is the richness of its food section where we find the crème de la crème of gastronomy and of Pyrenean produce. Cheeses, jams, mountain honey, lamb and beef, fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits. From foie gras to delicatessen specialties, baskets fill up quickly, just follow the stands and their aromas.
During the year, we find more specific markets, especially the one dedicated to flowers in June or the night markets or producers markets.
