Take it easy...

Gushing out of the bowels of the earth, naturally sodic sulphated or sulphurated, these thermal waters relieve aches and pains in the body and calm the spirit. From Roman times up until today, they have brought about the construction of several spas. Of which the Hautes-Pyrénées counts the most. Eight in total, with four in the Gavarnie Valleys. All equipped with treatment and well-being areas as well as thermal spa treatments.

The chloro-sulphurated sodium waters of Argelès-Gazost baths are used to treat the respiratory tract and phlebology. For more than 20 years they have specialized in the treatment of lymphoedemas.

With its Inca inspired theme- ancient ruins and lush gardens nestled underneath a huge glass roof – you are guaranteed a change of scenery at the Jardin des Bains. Here you journey from the Emerald Forest to the hanging gardens of Babylon, from Turkish baths to open-air Jacuzzis. Barèges is renowned for its sodium sulphide waters used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases and painful chronic diseases such as fribromyalgia and algodystrophy.
An ideal centre for young children and adults with ENT problems.
