Outside the ski resort, supervised by a professional, you can enjoy the freedom of climbing and then sliding down the peaks of the Pyrenees.
Between the Gavarnie ski resort - Gèdre and the village, there are 6 marked and secure snowshoe trails.
With free access, these trails allow you to progress at your own pace when the peaks are covered in their white coat. To better learn about the Pyrenees and get off the beaten track, mountain guides offer snowshoe outings every week, suitable for all levels.
