Brasserie Locale: the first craft beer made in Pays Toy was born.

Located in an exceptional setting, Sassis (small village about 2km from Luz-Saint-Sauveur), between the Col du Tourmalet and the Cirque de Gavarnie, our family brewery produces a selection of English-style craft beers, made with mountain water and the finest hops and malts.
Please note: the brown beer won the gold medal at the 2020 and 2022 Agricultural Show!

You can enjoy them at the BREW PUB bar/tapas located in the center of Luz Saint Sauveur, take them away or even give them as a gift.

Our shop offers our beers, coffee roasted on site as well as a local organic Gin, distilled in Luz St Sauveur.
