 All the valleys constitute a small cocoon of life favorable to many species. Aware of the importance of these treasures, the men and women who live there protect them in their own way, so that their children can also grow up in this preserved environment. And to contribute to its conservation and mitigate the impact of visitors, three areas have specific regulations:

Public transport

Opting for public transport is an ecological and practical choice to reach the Pyrenees. You can arrive by TGV or TER at Lourdes Station, from where bus line 965 will take you directly to the Gavarnie Valleys. In addition, carpooling is a friendly and economical solution to complete your trip.

Even without a car, you can fully enjoy your vacation in our valleys. Different bus lines cover the entire territory, allowing you to access the essential sites. In winter, to simplify your stay and reduce your environmental impact, you also have the possibility of using shuttles to access the ski resorts.
