The Saugué plateau

To join the route, go up to the Saugué plateau car park via a small road located just after the village of Gèdre towards Gavarnie. The Plateau de Saugué trail starts on a rocky promontory then winds between barns and meadows with a superb view of the peaks in the background. In June, you can admire whole carpets oforchids.
