The word Hournère is pronounced in the village ofAgos-Vidalos with emphasis on the letter H which is blown. In our Occitan language it means a room equipped with an oven.
Local organic cuisine with vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Fresh vegetables of the day: they mainly come from the village crop farm. The vegetables in a raclette jostle the taste buds.
The cheese of the Pyrenees: it tells a story of men and women, it is an ancestral know-how transmitted from generation to generation. It is also the story of valleys, its pastures, its torrents and waterfalls. Cheese makes us discover mountain landscapes and culture.
The charcuterie is also local.
We are lucky to live in a breeding place renowned for its quality, the animals live in freedom, even the pigs.
Raclette also in summer!
After a hike, it is vital to regain strength, the open air is hollow. The giant raclette is convivial, everyone chooses what they put on their plate, it's an opportunity to share with holidaymakers.
The pizza is made in a traditional way, to take away or on the terrace, for me it is the family dish, it can be eaten with your fingers, it's tactile, what a pleasure!
We offer a discovery table where chef Luc makes you surprise pizzas to share.
